What we collect
During early access, we only ask for the email address you choose to share with us. As product features open, we will collect only what is necessary to provide the service and we will explain those fields clearly before you use them.
Children's data
Champ23 is being designed with children in mind, so child safety is foundational. We will not display advertising to children, sell children's data, create public child profiles, or build commercial behavioural profiles.
How we use your data
Early access emails are used for account, product, and launch communication. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Data storage
We use reputable cloud services and restrict access to people who need it to operate Champ23. Product-stage data practices will be updated before launch.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Write to us at hello@champ23.com. We will respond within 7 business days.
Cookies
Champ23 does not need advertising cookies. If product features require authentication or basic analytics cookies, we will keep them limited and explain the change clearly.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of Champ23 after that date constitutes acceptance.
