Your daughter is seven. Yesterday's math practice ended in an argument, and you'd rather not do that again. It's 9 a.m.
You open Champ23 and spot this. She's been arguing about “bigger” and “smaller” all week, so it fits. You grab two containers, a cup, and some water.

She fills the tall, narrow bottle first — obviously it holds more, it's taller. Then she pours cup by cup into the wide bowl, counting as she goes. The bowl takes more. She doesn't believe it. She pours everything back and counts again, then looks at you like the cups are lying to her.
You haven't taught anything yet. You're mostly drinking your tea.
Before the containers go back in the kitchen, you save a trace of what happened. It takes thirty seconds.

She likes cooking, so you pick the recipe one. That's the whole system: she does something real, you keep a small trace, and the next step comes from what she actually did — not from page 47.
Notice what didn't happen. Nobody told her the tall bottle doesn't hold the most — she proved it to herself, and that's the version she'll still have next week. And when someone asks what she's learning at home, you have a photo, a note, and the words for it. That's a much harder thing to dismiss than a worksheet score.
